An Extremely Rare set of six scalloped-edged French faience, polychrome plates made by (Freres) Faiencerie Delavigne, Le Havre, France, c. 1805, examples of which are in the Victoria and Albert museum, London, and the Musee des Arts at de l’Enfance, Fecamp France. Each plate has an impressed mark, L. Delavigne au Havre and a number. 9 ½” diam., some staining and fritting to edges, firing crack to one plate.
