| An outstanding Chinese Export Tureen with underplate, c. 1790, in excellent condition along with 6 dinner plates, two damaged, and two leaf-form serving dishes, one damaged. Rope and tassel cartouche surrounding shield with rope at top, dart, star and egg borders and floral sprigs throughout, openwork blue and sepia rope handles, pomegranate finial, crest and field surrounding initials "TOR". Tureen: 10 ½” h. x 13” l. x 9 ½” w.; Platter: 13 ¼” l. x 10 ¾” w., dinner plates all 9 2/4” diam.; serving dishes 9” l. x 6 ¾” w. From the estate of Polly Kahn, granddaughter of Otto Kahn. | ||
