A pair of patinated and gilt bronze girandoles, c. 1825, Fletcher & Day, England (active 1823-1835); each girandole with a stylized foliate shaft topped with an incense burner with a cap and centered with an eagle figure issuing two arms with eagle heads supporting candle sockets and radiating leaves suspending glass prisms, the whole supported on a square stepped bronze base. (arms are adjustable, so width can be decreased if desired)
